Are these games worth playing? They look like those early 3D games that are boring or borderline unplayable, because the rules for “good” 3D games hadn’t been written yet and developers were flying blind. But sometimes games are funner to play than to watch, so idk.

Was shocked when you sold the alcohol.. I used that to combine materials with Blessings/Protection from Gods... Altar offering is a guessing which god will it be. Even at save state game it changes randomly. I have ignored nutrition balance I just eat and run. I used magic most of the time to save item repair. Clair on 2 handed item conserve magic stones.

I used to play this game for hours and hours as a kid. It was so hard, I never finished it. I would love to play it again just to see if it's still as hard as i thought it was back then. I have a feeling it would be just as hard lol but i love it!!!

I don't care if people consider HL2 Xbox a bad port, it still blows my mind that they managed to put that game onto the console and that it plays fair enough for me, as I played the hell out of it when I never owned a PC back in 2006-2007.

Lunar is pretty fucking old too. I remember the series on the Sega CD, and I'm sure there were games that were before even that as well. I never played them but saw ads in mags for Lunar, though a Gamebox I got recently has Lunar (something) Sentinel for Nin DS but that was actually real time combat and more my taste, where these If I can recall, classic turn based.

One of the coolest, most creative and underrated games ever. The worldbuilding, presentation and combat was incredible. They don't make them like this anymore, these new-age "gamers" won't know this awesomeness and perhaps it is better if it stayed this way.

The timing rings were brilliant that makes turn based a lot more engaging and skill/motor based. you cant autopilot because you have to stay focused on timing them right, rewarded if you time it perfectly, punished with a pass turn if you hit it wrong. Wish more jrpgs are like this.
